As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will gain comprehensive insights into building a recruiting machine, working directly with our Head of People on high-velocity hiring, process automation, and organizational design.
Active Sourcing & Headhunting: Take ownership of the top of the funnel. Use a targeted, personal approach to find candidates who align with our Principles - those who are bold, persistent, and willing to take risks.
Screening for Excellence: Conduct initial interviews focusing on cultural alignment. You’ll be looking for A-Players who prioritize outcome over output.
Process Automation: In line with our principles, you won’t just do manual tasks. You will help implement and optimize our tech stack to ensure our hiring process is lean, automated, and scalable.
Stakeholder Partnership: Support our Hiring Managers and Founders, acting as a bridge to ensure alignment and high-velocity decision-making.
Strategic Initiatives: Dive into employer branding, community building, and HR operations to ensure Cloover is recognized as the best place for high-performers to grow.
Culture Carrying: Help us maintain our high-trust, high-intensity environment as we scale across new European markets.
