Bei Cloover arbeiten wir daran, den Übergang zu nachhaltiger Energie für Haushalte und Installateure einfacher und zugänglicher zu machen. Als Founders Associate im Bereich Energy arbeitest du an der Entwicklung der Energiestrategie von Cloover und treibst diese eigenständig, in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Head of Energy voran.
Your mission
Installer relations and growth (core responsibility)
- Be the primary point of contact for all energy-related topics towards Cloover’s existing and prospective installer partners.
- Present Cloover’s energy product suite (Lumina dynamic tariff, Pulse HEMS, smart meters) to installers, build strong relationships, demonstrate revenue potential, and address technical and commercial questions.
- Proactively drive adoption of energy products across the installer base, identifying growth opportunities and removing friction in the onboarding and sales process.
- Gather installer feedback on energy products and translate it into actionable insights for the Product and Energy teams.
- Represent Cloover at trade fairs, partner events, and industry conferences as the energy product expert.
Energy Strategy & Product Development
- Work closely with the Head of Energy on the strategic roadmap for Cloover Energie, driving active strategic and operational projects.
- Monitor the energy market landscape – dynamic tariffs, HEMS, smart metering, virtual power plants, grid regulation (§14a EnWG) – and translate trends into opportunities for Cloover.
- Support the development and positioning of new energy products and features, ensuring they align with installer and end-customer needs.
Energy Sales & End-Customer Consulting
- Advise end customers on Cloover’s electricity tariffs by phone, helping them find the best tariff for their needs and conducting independent consulting conversations.
- Contact pre-qualified leads and serve as the first point of contact for energy product inquiries.
- Develop customer-facing materials such as flyers, explainer videos, and onboarding guides that make Cloover’s energy products accessible and compelling.
