Cloover is one of Europe’s fastest-growing climate fintechs, backed by leading investors and already managing billions in credit facilities to accelerate the energy transition. We’re looking for an exceptional Corporate Finance Intern to support our capital markets, fundraising, and project finance activities. You will work directly with the CFO and senior management on debt capital markets transactions, lender relations, and Series A fundraising. This is a front-line role at the intersection of finance, strategy, and impact.
Your mission
Debt Capital Markets & Project Finance
Support the structuring, negotiation, and execution of forward flow agreements, securitizations, and large-scale debt facilities.
Build and maintain financial models for project finance, capital deployment, and refinancing scenarios.
Prepare deal materials and financial analyses for institutional investors and banks.
Investor & Lender Relations
Work with the CFO to manage relationships with lenders, investors, and financing partners across Europe.
Prepare regular portfolio updates, investor reports, and lender presentations.
Support responses to due diligence and credit requests from external partners.
Fundraising
Contribute to financial planning, KPI tracking, and growth modelling for Cloover’s fundraising
Help prepare pitch materials and data rooms for leading venture capital investors.
Support the management team in defining fundraising strategy and investor positioning.
