- Manage Monthly Bookkeeping & Financial Reporting – Ensure accurate and timely financial records across all markets, maintaining compliance with local regulations.
- Handle VAT Management & Optimization – Manage complex VAT processes, including submissions and optimization of refund processes to maximize efficiency, especially in the German market.
- Oversee Balance Sheet Management & Revenue Recognition – Ensure proper revenue recognition for both installation sales and financing income, while maintaining balance sheet integrity.
- Support Payroll Processing – Assist in payroll execution, ensuring compliance with tax and social security obligations.
- Prepare Year-End Financial Statements & Tax Returns – Support the preparation of financial statements and coordinate tax return filings in collaboration with external accountants and auditors.
