Your mission
- Support cross-departmental strategic projects by coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Assist our Chief of Staff in acting as a bridge between founders and teams, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration across the organization.
- Help monitor and organize company-wide objectives (OKRs), gathering updates from teams and ensuring transparency in goal-setting and progress tracking.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders across departments, staying attuned to company needs and facilitating information flow between different levels of the organization.
- Conduct research and gather insights to support strategic decision-making, particularly in collaboration with Finance and Operations.
- Assist in preparing materials for leadership meetings, including summaries, reports, and action items to ensure smooth execution of business initiatives.
- Take an analytical approach to problem-solving, supporting our Chief of Staff in refining strategies and improving internal processes.
